Hi Love!

My name is Tabitha, and I’m the owner and creator of Sophia’s Secrets. By day, I’m a Certified Life, Business & Leadership Coach. I’ve been one since 2015 and I absolutely love being a Coach! You can learn more about my Coaching company The Divine Sophia here.

So why start another company you may ask? As a Coach I have the honor of bearing witness to many peoples journey’s. During times of joy, sadness, success, and failure; I have a front seat. I feel that holding space for my clients and all that they are experiencing is a gift and a great life purpose that I enjoy…and…as I watched my clients struggle with transitions, with loss, with fears, I kept feeling like I could do more.

I should also mention that I’m a total nerd and what I enjoy in my free time is reading books on ancient cultures, traditions, ceremonies, and spiritual and healing practices and specifically finding the common thread that interweaves all of them to find the consistent wisdom throughout. So for years, I’ve been studying these things and working with teachers and mentors as well to learn more about ancient traditions and teachings.

Ok, so now you have the background…

It’s 2021 and my sister and I are driving into the Hoh Rainforest. This is one of my favorite places on this earth. (By the way, I swear that Unicorns and Fairy’s are still living deep within that forest.) It’s absolutely beautiful and majestic. Some of the trees are 500+ years old and I just feel Spirit so present there.

I was sharing with my sister about a client who’s husband recently passed away from Cancer. We weren’t expecting it, he had the type of Cancer that had really high survival rates, but he ended up being that 1%. Even though I had never met my clients husband, I was grieving her loss and I took that into the Hoh Rainforest to grieve. At a certain point, I was thinking about all the tools and tips that I wanted to share with her…Rose Quartz for her heart, Peppermint Oil for her lungs. Sweetgrass to smudge…and then the idea came…

“What if you took all of these things and put them in a bath, a ritual bath, to help deeply transform the grief…”

And Sophia’s Secrets was born!

Flash forward a few years and after a lot of starts and stops, trying to find our right and perfect vendors, sourcing things ethically and sustainably, we finally are here!
