Here at Sophia's Secrets we truly believe in being inclusive, so we have designed every single Ritual Bath Box in a special way that allows you to insert your beliefs into it, not the other way around. As they say...YOU DO YOU!
As we said above, we really believe that there is deep and innate wisdom that lies within you. If your intuition is guiding you to change or adjust a ritual to better align with your beliefs, needs, heart, or energy, then by all means, adjust! Your intention behind the adjustment is key, as long as it aligns with what you're trying to cultivate than you will still receive the full benefits of your Ritual Bath Box.

We like to boil a big saucepan pot of water and then let the bath brew steep for about 5 minutes. Then pour your steeped brew along with your bag into your bath before you get in. Always be sure to check the water temperature before you get into your bath for safety reasons.
